Torbreck Wine Dinner

Sails Restaurant is excited to be hosting the esteemed Torbreck Vinters to present a degustation wine dinner as part pf the Noosa Concours D’ elegance program.

Executive Chef Paul Leete has curated a four-course degustation menu to pair to these premium wines.

The event will be hosted by Torbreck Chief Winemaker, Ian Hongell

Each course will be matched to Torbreck premium wines with the final course presenting the launch of the 2022 vintage of the highly regarded Run Rig shiraz.    This course will also feature the 2016 vintage of the same to give diners the opportunity to see how this wine develops over time in cellar. 

This is a rare opportunity to try these wines and hear from the man who created them.

It is sure to be an unforgettable event.
